About The Position

As a Customer Delivery Executive, you are responsible for leading and managing the delivery of services and projects to customers, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required quality standards while building strong customer relationships. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, managing relationships and expectations, and driving the overall success of the customer engagement. This role requires you to be onsite at the client's location 5 days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing customer delivery for large enterprise engagements, with a deep understanding of the healthcare provider market.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex technology programs.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach.

  • Experience with complex software and service offerings, specifically with processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work with Academic Medical Centers and other healthcare institutions.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to collaborate, learn, and grow.
  • Proficiency with Google productivity applications like Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients and C-suite stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction and long-term partnership with Verily.
  • Managing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring clear deliverables and proactive risk mitigation to deliver value to clients.
  • Leading and motivating internal teams to collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality work that aligns with client goals.
  • Identifying, communicating, and proactively addressing potential project risks and issues while ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
  • Providing clear and effective communication on project status, risks, and value delivery to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
