About The Position

The Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana is responsible for delivering vehicles directly to customers' homes, ensuring a seamless and memorable car-buying experience. This role requires physical stamina and customer-facing skills, as drivers will load and unload vehicles, complete necessary paperwork, and maintain a clean driving record. The position operates on a rotating schedule, requiring availability seven days a week, and offers opportunities for performance-based pay increases.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading vehicles.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Familiarity with vehicle inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors using custom car haulers.
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Inspect the car hauler regularly to maintain safe driving conditions.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's policies.
