About The Position

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a Notary Public certification within 90 days.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for driving and handling vehicles.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with vehicle detailing.
• Familiarity with DMV/title and registration systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors using custom car haulers.
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, ensuring safe transport.
• Inspect the car hauler regularly to maintain safety standards.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's policies.
