Requirements

Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks, including lifting to 70 pounds, stooping, and squatting.
Driving Skills: Ability to operate commercial vehicles (like Isuzu NRR 650) for daily deliveries.
Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal skills to adapt and respond to diverse customer personalities.
Multi-Tasking Ability: Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Math Proficiency: Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
Driver Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and no traffic violations.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Nice To Haves

Industry Experience: Prior experience in the outdoor supply industry is a plus!
Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
Customer Service Experience: Proven background as a Customer Service Associate or Sales Associate.
Inventory Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory stocking procedures.

Feedback Gathering: Collect customer insights and relay them to the Store Manager for continuous improvement.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new products and services to better serve our customers.
Delivery Excellence: Safely deliver a wide variety of items to different locations, following scheduled routes and maintaining punctuality.
Vehicle Operations: Load, unload, and operate various delivery vehicles (including Non-CDL dump trucks, flatbeds, loaders, and forklifts) while adhering to DOT regulations and safety standards.
Customer Outreach: Proactively seek feedback on services and promptly resolve any complaints.
