  • SAP order data ownership (including accuracy and validity) utilizing established controls and communications.
  • Reviews and validates manually processed orders received via phone or email.
  • Collects all the documentation needed and initiates sign off.
  • Corporate Audit support of revenue narrative.
  • Help coordinate audit sample requirements and collaborate the facilitation of communication/meetings with the Corporate Audit team and represent customer service in ongoing internal and external audits proceedings.
  • Reviews and monitors customer service calls/emails against call recordings to ensure the highest quality service is being provided and escalates coaching opportunities to supervisor.
  • Review, creation and updating of SOP's/WKI's as required and facilitate process improvement activities.
  • Responsible for creating and managing reports (ad hoc, etc.).
  • May be required to work holidays, weekends and Over-time.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • 1 - 3 years in a customer facing role or equivalent experiences.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • Skilled at handling pressure with professionalism and poise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality service delivery.
