About The Position

A Day in This Role Start your morning ensuring new customer, billing, shipping, and project accounts are entered precisely in JD Edwards (JDE). You’ll review documentation for project approvals, check billing requirements, and apply your working knowledge of lien laws to confirm everything is audit-ready. Throughout the day, you’ll screen customers for Export Compliance, pull Dun & Bradstreet and TransUnion reports, organize sales tax exemption certificates, and keep meticulous electronic files up to date. You’ll be the go-to contact for local electronic check deposits, keep a daily log of newly created accounts, and communicate account setups to the right field teams and branches. You’ll also maintain eInvoice customer profiles and stay cross-trained to support our Lien Administration area when needed. Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
  • Professional email skills and etiquette.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; prior Customer Service experience is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Cost Accounting knowledge.
  • AS9100 experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Credit Services contact for all JD Edwards account additions, changes, and maintenance.
  • Enter and maintain JDE Address Book records for new customers, projects, and related billing/shipping accounts.
  • Validate billing requirements and apply general knowledge of lien laws for project account approvals.
  • Notify appropriate field personnel and locations when accounts are set up or updated.
  • Maintain a daily log of all new and job account setups.
  • Obtain Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) and TransUnion reports.
  • Perform Export Compliance screening per company Export Compliance Policy.
  • Organize and maintain sales tax exemption certificates and change request records.
  • Maintain electronic files for new and existing customers and job accounts.
  • Act as primary contact for local electronic check deposits.
  • Create and manage customer profiles in eInvoice.
  • Support and cross-train in the Lien Administration area.
