Our Credit Services team is the quiet engine behind that promise—making sure customer accounts are set up accurately, compliant documentation is in place, and information flows cleanly to the people who need it. A Day in This Role Start your morning ensuring new customer, billing, shipping, and project accounts are entered precisely in JD Edwards (JDE). You’ll review documentation for project approvals, check billing requirements, and apply your working knowledge of lien laws to confirm everything is audit-ready. Throughout the day, you’ll screen customers for Export Compliance, pull Dun & Bradstreet and TransUnion reports, organize sales tax exemption certificates, and keep meticulous electronic files up to date. You’ll be the go-to contact for local electronic check deposits, keep a daily log of newly created accounts, and communicate account setups to the right field teams and branches. You’ll also maintain eInvoice customer profiles and stay cross-trained to support our Lien Administration area when needed.
