About The Position

Our Customer Coordinator works with our homeowners after the sales process by stepping them through their preconstruction meetings, works with lenders to get homeowners construction loans approved, and works with warranty after the home is built. This role becomes the advocate for our customers throughout the build process!

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (front facing).
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to use standard office equipment.
• Efficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Works with homeowners after the sales process by stepping them through their preconstruction meetings.
• Works with lenders to get homeowners construction loans approved.
• Works with warranty after the home is built.
• Becomes the advocate for customers throughout the build process.
