About The Position

Are you frustrated with the same old routine and looking for more variety and autonomy? SNL Painting is seeking a friendly, organized, and detailed person who enjoys a fast pace with lots of variety in their day for our full time Customer Concierge position. This is a hybrid position with occasional in-person meetings. ABOUT THE JOB - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Support Answer incoming calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Schedule estimate appointments for all leads that come in through phone, e-mail or lead services utilizing a light screening script and input them accurately into our CRM. Support Senior Estimators as needed. Production Support Support production department by managing the pre-job process including client communication and project set up. Accurately manage client and project-related activity in our CRM and Project Management software. Communicate pre-product ion schedules with clients. Support the production team as needed while projects are in progress. General Administrative Support Create meeting agendas and take minutes in meetings as needed. Coordinate company meetings and events. Other administrative support as needed. ABOUT YOU - TRAITS AND SKILLS NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS: You have a cheerful and comfortable verbal communication style especially on the phone. You have strong written communication skills. You are process oriented. You are persistent and have the ability to finish tasks despite challenges or resistance. You have a preference for maintaining and establishing an organized workplace. You enjoy compiling, confirming, and organizing information. You are flexible and resilient despite frequent interruptions. You are comfortable working independently and autonomously. You treat others fairly, regardless of personal bias or beliefs. Required: 3+ years of customer service, administrative or operations experience. Have the ability to occasionally meet in person at the office. Secure in learning and using cloud-based software tools. Ability to work independently and manage recurring responsibilities. Ability to pass a background check. COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week Hybrid-remote and occasionally in our office 8:00-5:00 preferred $55,000 per year 10 Days PTO 7 Holidays Paid Health Insurance Contribution towards company plan Since 2003, SNL Painting, Inc has delivered interior painting and exterior painting for general contractors, homeowners, and commercial clients with high standards of quality and service. Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service, administrative or operations experience.
  • Have the ability to occasionally meet in person at the office.
