Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and dealership departments, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Greet and assist customers both in person and via phone or email, providing detailed information about vehicles, services, and dealership offerings.
  • Schedule appointments for sales, service, and test drives, maintaining an organized calendar to maximize efficiency.
  • Follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
