About The Position

Job Purpose The Customer Concierge Team Member will be instrumental in learning how to provide a quality and positive customer experience for internal and external customers at a baseline level. This will be achieved by being ultra-responsive, creating a personal touch to improve the entire customer experience with consistently high level of service. This team member will have mastery knowledge on multiple systems, processes, and workflows. This position provides an opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales position, pending 12-month evaluation.

Requirements

  • 1+ Year of Sales and/or Customer Service expereince required

Responsibilities

  • Phones
  • Direct communication to the customer base
  • Liason between customer base and Sales Team
  • Customer Concierge Emails
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all accounts serviced.
  • Follow all SOPs.
  • Learn how to Open / Solve Tickets
