As Scale continues to grow as the top provider of data products and services to Generative AI companies across the globe, our Customer Operations team is evolving to ensure we meet the complex compliance needs of our customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Compliance Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring our GenAI offerings meet all contractual and regulatory requirements. This role will involve collaborating with internal teams (Legal, Accounting, Central Ops, Delivery Ops, Engagement Management, and GTM) and directly interacting with our strategic customers. The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of B2B services (even better, AI data services) contract compliance principles, the ability to navigate complex contractual & operations landscapes, and a proven track record of building processes and project managing substantial operational changes. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape Scale’s operational compliance framework within the rapidly evolving Generative AI landscape.
