About The Position
The Customer Claims Representative II researches and resolves deducted claims for warranties, pricing discrepancies, shortages, overages, concealed shortages, damaged promotional items, etc. from customers across all product channels and applications that have aged or have been escalated by the customer, sales department, credit department, or manager. This position will serve our Water Heating Division, located in Montgomery, Georgia.
