About The Position

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Customer Center Sales Associate B to join our team! The purpose of Customer Center Sales Associate B is to increase sales of PBV products through the use of suggestive sales skills while in the process of recording product orders from Food Service Customers. The role involves placing outbound calls to PBV customers based on account leads, recording customer product orders accurately, educating customers on new products, matching product benefits with customer needs, and applying customer service best practices to resolve customer issues regarding order execution and delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • Four (4) years of experience in customer service or sales required.
  • Five (5) years of experience is preferred.
  • Previous Call Center experience preferred.
  • Must have superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have an enthusiastic, positive attitude.
  • Must be able to utilize customer service skills and critical thinking skills.
  • Must be able to exhibit superior telephone skills.
  • Good judgment and the ability to prioritize customers’ needs.
  • Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Places outbound calls to PBV customers based on account leads based on approved product campaign initiatives.
  • Records customer product orders accurately.
  • Educates customers on new products offered.
  • Matches product benefits with customer needs.
  • Identifies and handles customer inquiries.
  • Applies customer service best practices to resolve customer issues regarding order execution and delivery execution.
  • Requests new equipment placements through the entry of service requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
