About The Position

Roto-Rooter, America’s premier plumbing and drain cleaning company, is the name that homeowners and businesses turn to for select quality services. We are proud of our more than 80-year history, but it’s our future that has us so excited! We have an excellent opportunity available for a Customer Care Supervisor in our Arizona Call Center. This position will have hours from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm and will offer an hourly rate of $24.00-$26.00, depending on experience. There is also the potential for a weekly bonus, depending on the company's performance. One weekend day shift is required.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience in a call center environment required
• Display a drive to learn and understand evolving technologies, services and products
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage staff
• Strong Relationship/Team building and people management skills
• Ability to manage customer interaction and escalations to appropriate conclusion
• Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in a bustling environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• AS400 knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train commercial account representatives while fostering a positive culture of performance and continuous improvement
• Cultivate and solidify relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care
• Deliver high quality and efficient service to commercial customers through day-to-day account management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and changing priorities along with excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to accuracy
• Managing day to day operation of commercial customers and vendor contracts
• Managing customer interaction and escalations to appropriate conclusion
• Obtain key information from the customer while showing empathy, a sense of urgency, and confidence that we will solve their plumbing troubles
• Discuss additional services and products we have available
