Union Bank is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Care Supervisor . This role is both a first-line supervisor for Customer Care Associates and a direct customer service provider , delivering exceptional telephone and online support to customers with a broad range of banking needs. In the supervisory capacity, the Customer Care Supervisor will provide ongoing support, coaching, and performance feedback to Customer Care Associates.
