About The Position

The Customer Care Supervisor at Marriott Vacations Worldwide is responsible for overseeing the sales front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and coaching associates. This role is pivotal in creating memorable vacation experiences for guests while promoting the brand's image and maintaining operational standards.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Japanese (Read, Write, and Speak).
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

• Experience in a supervisory role within customer service or sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data entry regarding sales tours, site packages, and self-generated leads into the computer software system.
• Coach and develop associates to enhance their performance.
• Ensure the gallery is stocked with hospitality items throughout all sales locations.
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Clean and maintain equipment and supplies as needed.
• Complete all Daily Checklists and reports and submit them to management at the end of the shift.
• Welcome and greet guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals and follow company policies and safety procedures.
