About The Position

The Customer Care Specialist at Vivet Inc. is responsible for managing the entire life cycle of customer orders, from entry to shipment, while providing exceptional customer service and support. This role involves communication with customers and factories, ensuring accurate order processing, and resolving any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven customer service-related experience.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Furniture industry experience a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and team skills.
  • Data entry accuracy is essential.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend new information.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Enter customer orders in SAP.
  • Maintain customer order changes in SAP.
  • Communicate with factories to size direct container orders.
  • Communicate with customers by phone/email regarding order status, product questions, pricing, and stock availability.
  • Provide sales support to Brand Ambassadors (Sales Reps) and customers.
  • Contact third-party logistics service regarding order status and inventory questions.
  • Resolve complaints concerning billing or services rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
