About The Position

Customer Care Specialist Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist located at JBS for our Mason, Ohio location. This position supports the JBS warehouse team with allocation entries of shipping orders into SAP. Maintaining inventory allocation for all divisions and data entry.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification
• Must have inventory control experience
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong warehouse SAP experience
• Good math skills
• Must be well-organized with good attention to detail
• Display strong work ethics and positive attitude
• Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work cooperation with others
• Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to apply logic and understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved, instructions and to deal with problems involving a few different variables.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts , Wednesday through Friday 7 a.m.- 7 p.m. with rotating of every other Saturday.
• Must be able to work Sundays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Input all inventory allocations into SAP Shipping system accurately and on time
• Manage finished good inventory to ensure proper delivery to stores , minimizing stockouts and overstock situation s.
• Manage d etailed reports for the Demand Planning and Warehouse teams to support data-driven operational efficienc ies .
• Will be trained to fulfill as a backup for key roles, providing coverage during team members' time off or vacations to maintain continuous workflow
• Responsible for keeping plants finished goods inventory updated and resolving issues in SAP
• Handle purchase orders for warehouse supplies and other procurement tasks, including entering pricing details and verifying accurate billing to control costs.
• May assume other duties as assigned.
