As a Customer Care Specialist at Big Sky Resort, you’ll be a central hub of knowledge and support for both our guests and internal teams. Whether guests are planning their trip, navigating the mountain, or following up post-visit, you’ll be the trusted voice guiding them every step of the way. From lift access and lessons to dining and events, your role is all about providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance across multiple communication channels. You’ll work closely with the Customer Care Center team and collaborate with Mountain Services to ensure guests receive consistent, helpful information and exceptional service.
