About The Position

First State Community Bank in Farmington is seeking a quick learning, positive and energetic individual for a Customer Care Specialist. As a Customer Care Specialist, you are responsible for accepting calls from across our statewide footprint, analyzing information and finding the best solution for our customers, while maintaining the highest quality of service at all times.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Willingness to strive for exceptional efficiency and accuracy
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to interact and contribute in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Some College is preferred
  • Previous Call Center experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Promote high integrity of FSCB through consistent representation of organizations core values
  • Efficiently and accurately transfer incoming calls
  • Developing customer relationships
  • Offer customer support regarding questions, concerns or confusion around products or services
  • Maintain a high level of customer service in every interaction with customers, fellow employees and organization teammates
