Their fleet of independent agents operate throughout Florida and specialize in personalized services extending beyond open enrollment. Job Summary: The Customer Experience Coordinator I performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization. Let’s talk job responsibilities: Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and direct calls; provide information, take messages, and schedule appointments as needed. Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to appropriate destinations. Set up and maintain the coffee station for customers, ensuring cleanliness and availability of supplies such as cups and sugar. Keep the reception area clean and presentable at all times, including occasional trash disposal. Schedule and manage appointments, maintaining and updating appointment calendars. Address and resolve complaints from customers or the public professionally. Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing information, and operating office equipment for various documents. Log, scan, and file enrollment applications and transmit information or documents to customers using computer, mail, or fax. Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries efficiently. Your experience and skills: High School diploma or equivalent at least 2 years of administrative and clerical experience Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to hear and communicate by phone and in person. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent at least 2 years of administrative and clerical experience
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to hear and communicate by phone and in person.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, active listener, customer service, organizing and planning, attention to detail, initiative, and reliability skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bilingual English/Spanish Required
