Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Previous experience of counter sales or customer service is an asset
Strong sales and upselling skills are essential
Must be bi-lingual
Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic understanding of retail math for calculating totals, discounts, and change
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and take orders with accuracy, process payments, and ensure prompt dispatch of delivery drivers
Utilize your strong sales skills to recommend additional items or promotions to enhance the customer experience
Keep the counter area tidy and sanitized to maintain a pleasant shop environment
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and efficiency
Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
