About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Processes customer orders, changes, and returns according to department policies and procedures.
  • Provides communication and support services to drivers, customers, and operations.
  • Delivers timely and accurate information in response to customer questions and requests.
  • Conducts detailed compliance reviews of completed paperwork and distributes it to the appropriate department for processing and billing.
  • Offers timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Partners with sales and operations teams to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Works with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
  • Handles posting and fulfillment of service orders.
  • Responsible for filing and scanning documents.
  • Generates customer reporting.
