About The Position

The Customer Care Specialist at Bluestone Bank is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a call center environment. The position requires availability from Monday to Saturday, working a five-day week, and emphasizes adherence to bank policies and quality standards.

Requirements

  • One to three years of banking or call center experience required.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use various software programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers according to Bluestone Bank's quality standards.
  • Handle questions and inquiries related to bank products and services, directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Address customer complaints and requests effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to promote relevant products and services to customers.
  • Accurately complete account transactions, maintenance, and service requests.
  • Understand and comply with bank policies and procedures regarding daily operations, security, and compliance.
  • Attend all required regulatory and internal training sessions.
  • Achieve monthly sales/referral and service goals.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as requested.
