About The Position
Our Keys Auto Center is hiring for a Customer Care Specialist/Receptionist! This individual is the first point of contact with customers. Compensation & Perks Base salary starting at $38,000 Medical, dental, life, 401(k), and more. Paid time off / Holiday Pay. Saturdays and Sundays off.
Requirements
- Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
- Computer Skills : This position requires intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Other Requirements : Incumbent must maintain a polished, professional appearance.
- This position requires incumbent to be highly reliable and on time to work as scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Greet customers and escort them to specific destinations
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
- Support the service team in other related duties as assigned
