About The Position

The position involves receiving and processing incoming calls from customers, responding to inquiries, and determining the appropriate response or direction. The role requires proactively offering the most convenient solutions or options for the customer and completing various operational processes to support customer requests. Responsibilities include processing account balance or transfer requests, stop payment orders, changes of address, and other customer requests or authorizations. Additionally, the position involves troubleshooting customer inquiries, collaborating with internal business partners, reviewing reports, preparing correspondence, and participating in special department projects as required. Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures is essential, including the completion of required compliance training. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
