About The Position

This is a Remote Call Center role, the hours of operation are Monday-Saturday between 5am-6pm PST and candidates are expected to work any shift within that time zone. Currently, we are looking to fill our Tuesday-Saturday shift for 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. At Cox Automotive, we're forward-thinking innovators who put people first. The Customer Care Specialist I (CCSI) serves as the backbone to our customer success. This individual is enthusiastic about the customer experience and has a passion to go above and beyond to drive our mission to revolutionize the Purchase to Pay-P2P, pre-owned car sales market. This person enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume customer care experience workplace and thrives in an autonomous environment!
