As a customer care specialist, you will play a pivotal role in solving day to day challenges and empowering our centre teams to focus on what matters most – supporting children and families. You’ll be the first point of contact for our rostering and time & attendance system enquiries, using your natural technology problem solving skills to provide timely and effective solutions.
