This role is the first line of communication with our customers and is responsible for providing excellent service, scheduling appointments, and promoting additional services. Requirements
- An organized, friendly, and goal-driven individual who thrives in customer service and enjoys selling.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and book service appointments.
- Confirm daily schedules with customers and ensure technicians have jobs assigned with necessary materials.
- Proactively engage with past customers to encourage retention and schedule new services.
- Promote and sell additional services like dryer vent cleanings and HVAC maintenance plans.
- Earn commissions for successfully scheduling and selling paid services.
