About The Position

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Japanese (speak, read, and write).
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests as they arrive for scheduled sales presentations or visit the sales gallery.
  • Ensure guests are comfortable and offer refreshments while they wait for sales presentations.
  • Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Create, log, and expedite premiums (gifts) for site marketing programs.
  • Anticipate and address guests' needs professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals and follow company policies and safety procedures.
