Artful Home is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team in Madison, WI. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. The successful candidate will leverage their in-depth knowledge of our products and services to establish strong working relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication via phone, email, and chat. As a part of our team, you will contribute to an environment that respects and includes all team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and motivation to achieve business results. In this position, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and engaging with customers through live chat. You will resolve product or service issues by actively listening to customer concerns, clarifying their needs, and determining the best solutions. This includes processing orders, returns, and exchanges, as well as providing detailed information about our artwork, apparel, and artisan products. You will also act as a liaison between customers and artists, ensuring that special requests and orders are handled efficiently. Your role will involve maintaining accurate customer records and documentation, preparing reports, and participating in team meetings and training sessions. You will be expected to enhance the organization's success by taking ownership of new tasks and opportunities, contributing to both individual and team accomplishments. While the majority of your work may be performed remotely, occasional travel to our International office in Madison will be required as scheduled. Overtime may also be necessary to meet business needs.
