About The Position

Cox Automotive is searching for a Customer Care Representative. This is a 6-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience required
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook preferred
  • Willingness to work 7A - 4P AZ Time
  • Willingness to be onsite on Wednesdays (subject to change)

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to clients to provide updates on their orders
  • Email clients with order status updates
  • Work from a set list of priority orders
  • Contact and update clients regarding the status of their orders
  • Utilize internal systems to track and notate work and client updates
