About The Position
Cox Automotive is searching for a Customer Care Representative. This is a 6-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to problem solve
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel preferred
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook preferred
- Willingness to work 7A - 4P AZ Time
- Willingness to be onsite on Wednesdays (subject to change)
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients to provide updates on their orders
- Email clients with order status updates
- Work from a set list of priority orders
- Contact and update clients regarding the status of their orders
- Utilize internal systems to track and notate work and client updates
