Based in Greensboro, North Carolina, GAA is comprised of three facilities on over 260+ acres. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Representative. Duties: To communicate sale information in an inviting way to dealers/buyers. Responsible for securing attendance response from the dealer/buyer. Provide support in the way of hotel reservations, pick-up requests, literature requests or any other help a dealer/buyer might need before/during/after their attendance at a sale. Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail and packages Assisting dealers with our website, electronic check out and general sales information. Attention to detail is required, all conversations and their outcome are to be logged into the CRM system. Team environment, support other teams with various administrative tasks
