About The Position

This is a full-time Customer Care Representative position that will be Monday through Friday for our Lowry location with a Saturday rotation for our Alexandria location. In this role, you’ll be on the front line of customer service—assisting customers with their banking needs, answering questions, processing transactions, and building lasting relationships. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with customers, gain broad experience, and be part of a supportive team that values accuracy, friendliness, and professionalism.
