About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team at Horizon Bank in Sandy, UT . No previous banking experience is required, but a customer service background is preferred.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about account balances, transactions, and banking products via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve issues or escalate complex matters to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
  • Process routine transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
  • Provide information on bank services, such as credit cards, loans, and online banking features.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
