Reviews and determines final disposition of returns and allowances and labor claim requests. • Quotes prices for special doors and coordinates special product orders with plant personnel. • Maintains relationships with source plants and vendors for accurate pricing and applications. • Supports on-boarding of new customers. • Understanding of Returns and Allowances.
