Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Active listening and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficient typing skills, including 10-key
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive customer interactions with tact and professionalism
  • Reliability and punctuality in a team-based setting

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of customer service experience preferred
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems is beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process product and literature orders by phone and email
  • Refer patients to Health Care Professionals within our network
  • Answer basic product information questions and assist with website navigation
  • Resolve customer issues including shipping delays, order errors, and missing packages
  • Maintain accurate customer account records
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives through product and literature promotions
  • Transfer calls to internal teams or field sales representatives as needed
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide seamless service
