In this Customer Service & Sales Representative role, you'll support customers with scheduling and service needs - and just as importantly, you'll turn inquiries into sales and offer additional services that meet their needs.

Requirements

  • Have at least a year of experience in customer service or sales
  • Love talking to people and solving problems
  • Stay calm under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced workday
  • Know your way around a computer and can multitask like a pro
  • Have a sales mindset - confident, goal-driven, and persistent
  • Are dependable, organized, and a team player

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from existing and new customers.
  • Assist with scheduling, payments, and customer retention.
  • Convert service inquiries into sales.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on proposals or confirm service.
  • Provide price quotes, track proposals, and follow up with leads.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
  • Deliver great service with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Hit individual sales targets and support team performance goals.
