Requirements

High school diploma or GED (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability

Responsibilities

Manage order entry and follow up with customers to resolve issues and answer inquiries
Prepare the necessary documentation to provide production teams with accurate customer orders
Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain an orderly filing system and organized records for all customers
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Northern Contours systems, products, and processes
Handle correspondence, reports, and shipment follow-through with professionalism and care
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while providing problem resolution and analysis
Act as a backup to invoicing
