POSITION SUMMARY

Handle multi-line phone system directing customer calls to appropriate personnel
by completing the following duties:

• Must be a self-starter, who is able to work with little direction and supervision.
• Ability to fulfill the essential functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, time management, and be detailed orientated.
• Must have experience in Word and Excel.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional variables.
• Must have a valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work on a multi-line phone:
• Incoming phone calls
• Answering calls with company greeting
• Correctly directing calls by warm transferring call to appropriate person
• Other duties may be assigned.
