About The Position

Twin Lakes Communications is seeking a customer-centric and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to support business and residential customers by delivering efficient, courteous, and high‑quality customer service. The Customer Care Representative must be sales oriented, selling and promoting all products and services of the company while assisting new and existing customers. The successful candidate will exude an understanding and knowledge of customer care, while maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources. The candidate must be team player within the organization, with a commitment to excellence, integrity, and driven by results.

Requirements

  • Successful candidates for this position require a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer care relations or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Providing professional, customer‑focused support to business and residential customers
  • Promoting broadband, voice, mobile, security, and video services to customers
  • Assisting customers with billing inquiries, new service requests, service plan changes, disconnects, and account upgrades
  • Receiving and processing customer payments
  • Maintaining customer records, service agreements, and required documentation
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Promoting Twin Lakes products and services when working at community events.
