You’re the “octopus” of our team, handling multiple systems, coordinating across departments, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. What Your Day Looks Like: You’ll start your morning reviewing open orders, checking for any issues or delays, and jumping in to find solutions. You’ll communicate directly with customers, keeping them informed and reassured, while entering orders, confirming pricing, and making sure every detail is right. You’ll navigate multiple ERP systems, collaborate with buyers, and coordinate with teams across locations—all while keeping your inbox and priorities organized. How You Make an Impact: Own the order process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and speed. Tackle challenges head-on—whether it’s a manufacturing delay or a shipping question, you’re the one who finds answers and keeps things moving. Use your tech-savvy skills to juggle multiple systems and keep data entry flawless. Work closely with a supportive, collaborative team that values your ideas and initiative. Hourly range for this position is between $21.00 - $26.00 depending on skillset and qualifications.
