Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and monitor product availability.
  • Promptly resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Invoice accounts and verify inbound receipts with precision.
  • Develop professional connections with customers.
  • Coordinate product availability with warehouse teams.
  • Partner with operations to manage special requests and tackle inventory discrepancies.
  • Generate custom reports to meet client needs.
  • Organize and maintain documentation for smooth operations.
