About The Position

We are looking for talented, motivated and ambitious team members to revolutionize robotic surgery. A Customer Care Representative (CCR) is the primary point of contact for our customers for general support and service. This role will be responsible for order management of accessories/consumables products, product returns, processing credits, dispatching calls to field personnel and answering general questions for customers as it relates to service and support. The CCR will interface collaboratively with the Noah sales and service teams to serve our customers and ensure their needs and expectations are met. This position requires a mindset that cares first and foremost about the needs of our customers. This is accomplished by enthusiastically assisting our customers, showing empathy for their needs, urgency to get results, and providing clear expectations. In addition, this role will help define business processes for the Customer Service team to establish repeatable and scalable activities and to ensure compliance to meet regulatory and financial obligations.
