Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Comfortable with technology and remote collaboration tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
  • Previous customer service or insurance background is a plus (but not required)
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients after enrollment
  • Walk clients through policy details, updates, and claims
  • Explain coverage in clear, easy-to-understand terms
  • Work alongside team leads to streamline onboarding and service
  • Be the primary point of contact for client service needs
