Requirements

  • Excellent communication and people skills (you love helping others)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Customer service or insurance experience is a plus (not required)
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships post-sale
  • Guide clients through policy benefits, updates, and claims
  • Educate clients so they clearly understand their coverage
  • Collaborate with team leads for smooth onboarding and support
  • Serve as the go-to contact for service-related needs
