Requirements

  • High school diploma and 2 years of call center experience, or 2 years of related experience that includes at least 6 months in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Associate degree (or higher) and 1 year of call center experience, or 2 years of exact work experience.
  • Exact experience refers to working in a customer‑facing role within home care (HME, IV, or home health). Knowledge of medical terminology, claims, and accounts receivable is preferred.
  • Related experience includes customer service roles in healthcare, financial services, insurance, claims, billing, or a call center environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Customer‑service oriented with clear, professional verbal and written communication.
  • Active listener who can remain calm and effective in high‑pressure environments.
  • Flexible with job duties and adaptable to varying hours of operation.
  • Pharamcy Assistant License

  • Pharmacy Technician License

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming contact center calls within 3 rings (18 seconds).
  • Document call details accurately in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Provide information on products, services, retail locations, and general service line inquiries based on customer needs.
  • Meet quality assurance standards and key performance metrics.
  • Resolve customer complaints and support effective problem‑solving.
  • Process orders, route calls to the appropriate resources, and follow up when necessary.
