Title: Customer Care Representative I Location: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law. You will be required to participate in a 4-weeks training, 9 AM - 5:30 PM EST with 100% attendance requirement. After completion of training you will be assigned one of the following schedules: Tuesday-Saturday, 5 PM - 1:30 AM EST or Wednesday - Friday, 5 PM - 1:30 AM EST; Saturday - Sunday, 10:30 AM - 7 PM EST As a Customer Care Representative, you will act as a trusted advisor and educator on health care related inquires. How you will make an impact: • From the moment you login, you’ll be focused on proactively resolving our members and/or providers questions and concerns using computer-based resources to find answers • You will guide members and providers with their healthcare needs by explaining benefits, solving claim concerns, helping find a doctor via telephone calls, online chats or e-mails. • You will partner internally to create a seamless experience for our customers and resolve potential issues.
