About The Position
We are now hiring ambitious, motivated Customer Service Professionals to work virtual (work from home). This role requires that qualified candidates must reside in one of the specified states across the East, Central, and West regions. At Alight, we believe a company’s success starts with its people. Your day-to-day interactions will include helping customers navigate health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, and more. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers feel supported and valued, getting their issues resolved with minimal effort on their part.
