About The Position
Gopher Sport, a leader in innovative solutions to help people lead active and healthy lives, is seeking Customer Care Representatives to join our award-winning Contact Center Team. This position is based in Owatonna, MN, and requires on-site work four days a week, with the opportunity to work remotely on Mondays. The role offers a starting pay of $21.50 per hour, with the potential for increases of up to 5% after six months based on performance and career progression. Annual merit increases are also available, rewarding employees for their contributions and reliability. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and web chats. You will assist customers with placing orders, selecting products, and resolving inquiries, ensuring a fast and responsive experience. The role emphasizes the importance of projecting a friendly attitude and adhering to quality standards to create delighted fans of our products and services.
